30-Day Ship-It Guarantee

Refund Policy

Refunds required by the law of your country, and refunds Paddle grants at its own discretion, are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Separately, the 30-Day Ship-It Guarantee is our own conditional promise to buyers who completed the entire kit and can prove it.

Last updated 20 October 2026

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This page explains the two ways a purchase can be refunded and applies to every product on this site: the three kits and the Growth Bundle.

1. Refunds handled by Paddle

Because Paddle sells you the kit as our reseller, refunds of your transaction are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Country-specific rights. Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from or cancel the purchase, Paddle applies it. These rules differ from country to country, and for digital content many of them end once the download starts, if you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery.
  • Discretionary refunds. Paddle may also grant a refund at its own discretion, case by case.
  • How to ask. Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”.

Paddle decides these requests under its own policy. The current rules for each country are in Paddle’s Refund Policy.

2. The 30-Day Ship-It Guarantee

2.1 What it is

The 30-Day Ship-It Guarantee is a voluntary commercial promise made by Ondřej Medek, trading as Shipped By Alex. It is offered in addition to the refunds in section 1 and to your statutory rights, never instead of them.

It is a promise that the method works when it is followed exactly as written. It is not a promise of any particular result, income or business outcome (see section 7 of the Terms and Conditions). If you complete the entire kit as written, document every step and the result condition for your kit in section 2.5 is met, we will have the price you paid refunded. Every condition below must be met; meeting some of them is not enough.

2.2 When you can claim

  • Claims are accepted from the 21st to the 30th calendar day after the purchase date on your Paddle receipt, inclusive. Each kit takes weeks to run, so earlier claims are not accepted.
  • The complete claim, with all the evidence in section 2.4, must reach [email protected] by 23:59 Prague time on the 30th day. Anything that arrives later is not considered.

2.3 Who can claim

  • Only the person who bought the kit through the checkout on this site, writing from the email address used at checkout and quoting the Paddle order number.
  • One claim per person per product. A Growth Bundle is one purchase: it is claimed and refunded as a whole, under the conditions set out for it in section 2.5.
  • The guarantee is not available for an order that has already been refunded, or for an order with an open or past chargeback or payment dispute. Opening a dispute while a claim is pending withdraws the claim.
  • It is not available to anyone who received the kit any other way: as a gift, a transfer, a shared copy or a resale.

2.4 Conditions for every kit

  1. Active usage. You worked through every step of the kit in the order and on the schedule the kit sets out, using the tools the kit specifies or a swap the kit itself names, up to the point where it stalled. Where a kit has a 30-day plan, that plan is the schedule, and a step it tells you to start early counts as being in order.
  2. Proof of implementation. Dated, unedited evidence for every item listed for your kit in section 2.5: live links, screenshots that show the date and the account, and exports from the tools you used. The only edit allowed is hiding other people’s personal data (see the box at the end of this section).
  3. Performance data. Unedited exports or dashboard screenshots of your analytics, campaign or build data, covering every day from the day the kit has you set that tool up to the day you claim, so we can see exactly where the workflow stalled.
  4. The result condition. The result condition for your kit in section 2.5 is still met on the day you claim.
  5. A written account. The step you were on when it stalled, what the kit told you to do at that point, what you did, and what happened.

2.5 What each kit requires

The Unbreakable AI Micro-SaaS System
Result condition: no app you built with the System is live on your own domain on the day you claim.
Evidence: the completed Idea & Scope Lock Sheet; every prompt card you ran, by card number, with the AI tool’s responses (exports or screenshots); proof of each checkpoint gate you passed and of the gate where the build stopped; and proof that when it stalled you ran the Terminal Loop Protocol (cards P-32 to P-40) and the Un-Stuck Flowchart as written, with the AI tool’s responses.
AI SaaS Organic Marketing Kit
Result condition: from the day your rewritten landing page went live to the day you claim, the signup event the kit has you set up recorded zero sign-ups, apart from test accounts you created yourself and list in your claim.
Evidence: everything the kit’s 30-day plan has you finish by the day you claim, each item dated:
  • Step 0: your CONTEXT-PACK.txt, and THEIR-WORDS.txt with the links to every quote.
  • Section 1, the landing page: its live address, PAGE-COPY.txt, a dated screenshot of its first screen, your note of what the three five-second testers answered (no names needed), and an analytics screenshot showing the signup and activated events recording your own test sign-up.
  • Section 2, the email sequence: the five emails, and a screenshot of the workflow in your email tool, switched on, with the kit’s timing.
  • Section 3, the pillar article: its live address and publication date, and proof that you submitted it to two publications.
  • Section 4, the community posts: ROOMS.txt; links to five helpful comments in each room, dated before your post there; links to five live posts, one per room, at least two days apart; and a reply from you to every comment on them.
  • Section 5, the X posts: POSTS-MONTH-01.txt with 30 posts and 3 threads; a screenshot of your scheduler showing all of them queued at the kit’s cadence; and live links to every post and thread whose scheduled time fell before your claim. The optional daily replies are not required.
  • The data: your analytics export for the landing page (visitors, sources and the signup event) covering every day from the day Section 1 had you install it to the day you claim, and a screenshot of your app’s user list for the same period with email addresses hidden, showing no new accounts other than your test accounts.
AI SaaS Paid Acquisition Kit
Result condition: after running the kit’s first Meta test exactly as Section 4 sets it up, for at least 7 days and with at least $200 spent, and reading it on your stop date as Section 5 sets out, the kit’s rules did not give you a verdict (green, amber or red).
Evidence: your allowable CPA and test budget worksheet; your tracking set-up with event-ID deduplication (screenshots from the ad platform’s event tools); the creatives you produced with the kit’s creative engine; a Meta Ads Manager export showing the test ran for at least 7 days, with at least $200 spent, at the kit’s settings; and your written day-4 read and stop-date read, with the arithmetic behind each.
The Growth Bundle
The bundle runs organic first: the Paid Acquisition Kit tells you not to spend on ads until you have a full month of organic history, so its $200 test cannot take place inside the claim window. A Growth Bundle claim is therefore made on the AI SaaS Organic Marketing Kit’s result condition and evidence above, in the same window, and if approved refunds the whole bundle.

2.6 What rules a claim out

  • The claim arrives outside the window in section 2.2, or is still incomplete when the window closes.
  • Any evidence is edited, fabricated, borrowed from someone else, or about a project that isn’t yours. We may report fraudulent claims.
  • Steps were skipped, reordered or replaced with your own method, or you used tools the kit doesn’t name. Starting a step early because the kit tells you to is not reordering.
  • The result was blocked by something outside the kit: an outage, suspension, ban, account limit or policy rejection at an AI tool, ad platform, host or payment provider; your budget running out; or a decision not to publish, launch or spend.
  • You shared, resold or redistributed the files, or otherwise breached the Terms and Conditions.
  • The order has already been refunded, or a chargeback or payment dispute has been opened on it.

2.7 How a claim is decided

  • We assess every claim against the conditions on this page, and only those, in good faith.
  • If we need more evidence, we ask once, in writing. You then have 7 days from our request to send it, even if that runs past day 30.
  • We aim to send a written decision within 10 business days of a complete claim. If we decline, we tell you which condition was not met.
  • That decision is final as far as this voluntary guarantee is concerned. It does not affect your rights under section 1, under the law, or to go to court.

2.8 If a claim is approved

  • We ask Paddle to refund the price you paid for that product, including any tax charged on it, to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days.
  • That refund is the only thing the guarantee provides. It does not cover ad spend, tool or hosting subscriptions, your time, lost revenue, or any other cost or loss.
  • Your licence to the kit ends when the refund is issued. Delete your copies; no new download links are issued for that order.

Don’t send us other people’s personal data

Send counts, totals and screenshots. Before you send anything, hide the names, email addresses, usernames and profile pictures of your users, subscribers, testers and anyone in your communities. Hiding those is the one edit we accept. If something arrives with them visible, we delete it and ask you once to send it again with them hidden, within the 7 days set out in section 2.7.

What we do with your evidence

We use it to decide the claim, to defend that decision if it is disputed, and to fix the kit where it is clear what broke. We keep it for as long as we keep the order record, as set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish it, quote it, or use it as a testimonial without asking you first and getting a yes in writing.

Your statutory rights come first

Nothing on this page limits or excludes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country, and nothing here asks you to give one up. If any condition on this page cannot lawfully apply to you, that condition does not apply, and the rest of the page still does.

3. Changes to this policy

The guarantee terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on this page on your purchase date. We may change or withdraw the guarantee for future purchases; that never affects an order already placed.

4. Contact

Guarantee claims and refund questions: [email protected]. Shipped By Alex is operated by Ondřej Medek, sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (Business ID (IČO) 30096481). These terms are governed by the law set out in section 13 of the Terms and Conditions.
