SHIPPEDBYALEXFree Blueprint

Terms and Conditions

Plain-language terms for the kits sold on this site and for using the site itself. By using the site or buying a kit, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

“Shipped By Alex” (also written ShippedByAlex) is the trading name under which the products on this site are created and sold. The business behind it is:

Operated by
Ondřej Medek, sole trader registered in the Czech Republic
Business ID (IČO)
30096481
Registered address
Děčínská 552/1, Střížkov, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Ondřej Medek, trading as Shipped By Alex. “You” means the person buying or using a kit, or visiting this site.

2. Payment processing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Who you buy from

When you buy a kit on this site, you buy it from Paddle, our authorised reseller, not directly from us. The Paddle company you contract with depends on where you are: Paddle.com Inc. in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited everywhere else. We create the kits, deliver the files and support them.

Prices, currency and tax

Prices are shown on each product page in US dollars, unless the checkout shows otherwise, and are charged once. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Any sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country is calculated, collected and paid to the tax authorities by Paddle, based on your billing address. The checkout shows the final total, including any tax, before you pay, and that total is what you are charged. If your card is in another currency, your bank’s exchange rate and any foreign-transaction fee are between you and your bank.

Paddle’s buyer terms and your payment details

By completing a purchase through Paddle you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions, and Paddle handles your payment data under its own Privacy Policy. Your card or other payment details are entered into Paddle’s secure checkout and processed by Paddle. They are never sent to, seen by or stored on our servers.

Billing support and disputes

Paddle provides support for anything to do with the payment itself: receipts and tax invoices, VAT questions, failed payments, refunds and card disputes. You can reach Paddle at paddle.net or [email protected], or email us at [email protected] and we will take it up with Paddle for you. Questions about the kits themselves come to us. Please contact one of us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is almost always faster.

3. What you are buying

Every product on this site is digital content: one or more PDF documents, delivered as a download. Nothing physical ships. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no software licence key.

The page contents, page counts and prompt counts shown on each product page are accurate at the date above. We may revise a kit (see section 11).

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate. As soon as Paddle confirms your payment you are taken to a confirmation page with your download links. Paddle emails your receipt and invoice separately.

  • Each link is signed, and expires after 24 hours or 5 downloads, whichever comes first. This is what stops links being passed around, so download the files and keep your own copy.
  • Lost your files, or your links expired? Email [email protected] from the address you paid with and we will send fresh links, free of charge.
  • “Lifetime access” on the product pages means this: your licence never expires, the files you download are yours to keep, and we re-send links on request for as long as the kit is on sale. After that, the copy you downloaded is the one you keep.
  • If the confirmation page does not show your links, email us and we will send the files by hand.
  • You need a PDF reader. That is the only technical requirement.

5. Your licence

On payment you get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the kit:

  • For yourself, and inside one business that you own or work for.
  • To run the prompts, protocols and templates on your own projects and your own clients' projects, including commercially.
  • To keep your copy indefinitely.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the files, in whole or in part.
  • Share your download links, or upload the files anywhere others can get them: a shared drive, a Discord, a course, a torrent, a paid community.
  • Repackage the contents as your own product, course, template pack, newsletter series or training material, whether free or paid.
  • Use the contents to train, fine-tune or ground a machine-learning model, or to build a tool that reproduces them.
  • Remove or alter the branding, attribution or licence notices in the files.

Everything in the kits (text, prompts, diagrams, layout, the “Shipped By Alex” name and wordmark) stays our intellectual property. Nothing above transfers ownership. What you create by running the prompts is yours.

6. Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short:

  • Refunds handled by Paddle. Refunds of your transaction, including any withdrawal or cancellation right under the law of your country and any refund Paddle grants at its own discretion, are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy. Request them through your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net.
  • 30-Day Ship-It Guarantee. Our own voluntary, conditional promise. If you complete the entire kit as written, document every step, meet your kit’s result condition and claim between day 21 and day 30 after purchase, we have Paddle refund the price you paid. That refund is the only remedy the guarantee provides.

The conditions, the evidence the guarantee requires, what rules a claim out and how claims are decided are set out in full in the Refund Policy.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download begins, if at checkout you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right. As the seller of record, Paddle handles statutory withdrawal under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Consumers anywhere keep whatever rights are non-waivable where they live, and nothing in these terms removes them.

When a refund is issued, by any route, your licence under section 5 ends. Delete your copies. We do not chase anyone over this, but keeping and using a refunded kit is a breach of these terms.

7. Results: what we do not promise

The kits are educational and operational material. They describe an approach that has worked, and give you the steps and prompts to run it yourself.

  • We do not promise any specific outcome: no number of followers, subscribers, signups, customers, downloads, conversions, or any amount of revenue or profit.
  • Any figure, benchmark or example shown on this site or in a kit is illustrative of what the method produced in one situation. It is not typical, not average, and not a projection of what you will get.
  • Your results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your budget, your execution and your timing, none of which we control.
  • Building and marketing a software product carries commercial risk, including losing money on advertising. Paid-media spend is yours, at your discretion, and is never refundable by us.
  • Nothing in the kits or on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Take professional advice for your own circumstances.

8. AI tools and third-party services

The kits are built around prompts you paste into third-party AI tools, and around third-party platforms for hosting, payments, advertising and analytics. You use those under their own terms and at their own prices, and we are not responsible for them.

  • AI output varies. The same prompt can return different results on a different model, a different day, or a different account. Prompts in the kits are written to be robust, not deterministic.
  • Check what you ship. AI-generated code, copy and configuration must be reviewed by you before it touches real users, real money or real ad budget. You are responsible for what you publish and deploy.
  • Use AI tools lawfully. Don’t use the prompts to produce anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful, or anything that breaks the AI provider’s own usage policy.
  • Platforms change. Models, ad interfaces and pricing move. We update the kits when something breaks materially, but a step may be out of date between updates.

9. Acceptable use of this site

You may not use this site or the kits to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • commit fraud, including buying with a card that isn’t yours or disputing in bad faith a charge you made;
  • infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s;
  • interfere with the site’s security or operation: attempt to forge or reuse download links, probe for files, scrape the site, or overload it.

Access is logged, and we may block abuse.

10. Suspension and termination

We may stop issuing download links for an order, and end the licence that came with it, if you materially breach these terms (for example by sharing or reselling the files), if your payment is reversed or charged back, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. We will tell you why in writing first, unless the law or the risk of further fraud prevents it. Sections 5 (what you may not do), 7, 10 and 12 keep applying after a licence ends.

11. Changes to the kits and to these terms

We revise the kits. Revisions to a kit you own are free: ask and we will send the current version. We may also retire a kit from sale; that does not affect your licence to the version you bought.

These terms may change for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the one published on the date you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. We do not apply a later version retroactively.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law: death or personal injury caused by negligence, harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer right.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:

  • The kits and this site are provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the kits are fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, wasted advertising spend, or business interruption.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a purchase is capped at the amount you paid for it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your own local courts. Payment disputes with Paddle are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can refer it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes with Czech businesses: coi.gov.cz. We would much rather you emailed us first. Almost everything gets sorted in one reply.

14. Contact

Refunds, licence questions, a link that has expired, anything at all: [email protected]. We usually answer within 5 business days, often much sooner. More ways to reach us are on the Contact page.
